To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Pricing

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
• One credit is used per description generated
• Credits do not expire
• All prices are listed in USD

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made on i18.

6. AI-Generated Content

Important disclaimers about AI-generated content:

• Descriptions are generated by AI and may not always be perfectly accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing
• We recommend checking generated descriptions for compliance with local real estate regulations
• i18 is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated descriptions

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate misleading or fraudulent property descriptions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account with others

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input. AI-generated descriptions are licensed to you for commercial use as part of the Service. i18 reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models.

9. Limitation of Liability

i18 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any remaining credits are forfeited.
